Established in 2019We established Black Cat Movement in 2019 to fill a void that we saw in the fitness industry. It was apparent that most Singaporean's worked long and stress filled hours, when it came time for them to train they would oftentimes bring the same intensity at work to their training. The harder the training was, the better. The faster the results came, the better. Being inundated by quick fix strategies from social media did not help. In our eyes this unhealthy relationship with training was a sign of the times people were not willing to put in the tedious, deep and oftentimes monotonous work which is what is required to get them to their goals.
Our mission is to educate our clients and provide a scientific approach towards your fitness goals that focuses on your longevity. Good training takes time, dedication and effort and we wish to guide you on your journey. |
Our MovementThe movement in our name refers not to the act of moving, but to a group of people working together to advance their shared ideas.
Our idea is that, as homo sapiens we evolved with a great propensity for movement variability. Our ancestors had the ability to hang, throw, climb and move through complex terrain in a variety of ways, but we have been robbed of these abilities as we adapt to live in modern society. As our capacity for movement diminishes, we are plagued by chronic pain and postural issues. Reclaim that which is rightfully ours. Do you share the same idea? |
