Class Types
Build
Build is all about sculpting strength through hypertrophy-based training. You’ll focus on higher-rep sets, isolation work, and time-under-tension techniques to develop muscle, improve body composition and build muscle endurance. Emphasis is placed on form, posture, and alignment, making it a perfect complement to Strength or Movement-based training.
Strength
This is where strategy meets strength. Our Strength class is built around periodised training cycles, incorporating phases like hypertrophy, strength, and power to help you progress with purpose. You’ll use compound lifts (e.g., squats, deadlifts, presses) and track key training metrics such as volume, load, intensity (RPE), and recovery. By recording your data week to week, you’ll build not just strength — but a blueprint for long-term performance. Ideal for anyone serious about getting stronger the smart way.
Endurance
This high-energy class is all about building your engine — helping you move faster, longer, and with more power. We train in three key zones:
-Short bursts of power (think sprints or fast kettlebell swings) that help build explosive speed.
-Sustained efforts (like longer circuits or bike pushes) to improve how you handle intensity over time.
-Longer, steady work that builds overall stamina and helps you recover faster between efforts.
Whether you're training for sport, a hike, or just life in general, this class helps your body work smarter — using energy more efficiently and bouncing back quicker. Expect intervals, pacing drills, and a solid sweat.
Mobility & Movement
Built on the principles of Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), this class aims to expand usable range of motion through scientifically backed mobility training. We work on joint control, end-range strength, and tissue resilience — training not just flexibility, but control at your greatest ranges. Expect CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations), PAILs/RAILs, and isometric loading to build more durable and functional joints for all movement disciplines.
Bodyweight
This class teaches you to master your own body through gymnastic-inspired bodyweight training. We focus on spatial awareness, proprioception, and body control — helping you better understand how you move through space. Expect elements like push/pull progressions, core work, isometric holds, and dynamic drills that develop real-world strength, stability, and mobility without external load.
